My insurance keeps on going up even though I have no accidents, poor communication, I uploaded and sent them my son's info numberous times but they had keep requesting it saying it's lost in the system. When I called them they don't answer the phone and sometimes don't reply back. When I do talk to them they are friendly. Now I got a letter from State farm saying My son's information was not provided and my car insurance it will not be renewed. After contacting Geico I found out I've been overpaying for car insurance.
